Qualify Criteria for MTA , STA, SIL
Applicant is 18 years old and older
Applicant has approved SDA, SIL, STA, MTA or LTA eligibility and, NDIA funding at the appropriate level
Applicant has the financial means to pay rent and utilities and is prepared to sign (or a representative to sign) a residential agreement.
